    Hi,
    Thank you for providing this helpful reference.
    With the same concern to audit all critical changes into exchange server, I use Lepide auditor suite (http://www.lepide.com/lepideauditor/exchange.html ) that helps me to track the changes into real time and provides the auditing data even at granular level.
    However, I would like to go through this post and check if it helps me in coming future.
