用TCP View tool 中斷使用者的MAPI Session

 

1. 用TCP View 檢視Exchange Server 的連線狀態clip_image014


2. 找到Outlook Client 的 IP or hostname，Exchaneg 上的process 為Store.exe clip_image016


3. Outlook Client對Exchange Server 的連線 clip_image018


4. 從TCP View上Close Connection clip_image020


5. Outlook Client 重新連線Exchange 即可
